ABRA’s Assistant General Managers are responsible for managing the repair process of vehicles from beginning to end. In this role you will direct and lead the production team to be sure ABRA’s high standards of Operational Excellence are being met.
• Thorough knowledge of collision repair processes gained through a minimum of six years of hands-on industry experience.
• Ability & willingness to work in a structured, multi-unit environment and adhere to standard operating procedures and processes.
• Able to make independent decisions on repair processes, parts and timing.
