The Director, Talent Acquisition position is responsible for working with internal customers and the recruiting team to design, implement, and lead talent acquisitions strategies and tactics to ensure that Abra has a solid workforce capable of accomplishing current and future business objectives.
10 or more years of Human Resources experience required. 3 or more years of Human Resources leadership experience required, recruiting leadership highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or combination of school and equivalent experience.
