    The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will manage all aspects of the company’s owned and unowned digital assets. This includes product ownership and administration of the corporate website(s) and online managed listings. The manager will support the organization’s on-going customer experience journey transformation by leading the transformation of the digital space to deliver a true omni-channel, customer centric experience.  This role will also provide strategic recommendations for social media assets and will lead the organization’s SEO, SEM, and paid digital media efforts. The Manager will maintain a roadmap for future enhancements, make continuous recommendations, and lead strategic implementations to improve customer’s online experience both on and off owned products. The Manager will be responsible for driving conversions and other key performance metrics in the digital space and conducting ongoing analysis and other A/B testing to test proofs of concept. 


    • Maintains a corporate website governance plan which includes prioritizing enhancements, product launches, content, and other sometimes competing priorities from across the organization
    • Identifies, implements, and manages a scalable solution for maintaining and managing the organization’s reputation and presence in the online space
    • Drives continuous improvement of the corporate website, ensuring successful releases and user adoption
    • Applies in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, analytics, and industry insights to advise and implement best mix of digital marketing tools to address customer experience needs, including marketing automation, CRM, and more
    • Develop a scalable digital content strategy which delivers a differentiated customer experience and drives traffic and other key performance indicators
    • Design and implement a targeted digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including display, SEM, email, landing pages, articles, social media posts, etc.
    • Support the delivery of high-quality, consistent customer experiences by contributing to the development of communications, guidelines, and processes for digital marketing activities
    • Identify new opportunities to drive online growth and conversions as well as to drive traffic to retail locations in dozens of markets across the country
    • Act as the lead and subject matter expert, providing oversight for the development of content and asset requirements for all digital needs across the organization’s key functions including business development, HR, customer service, employee experience, and operations
    • Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of information delivered on the company’s corporate website at all times
    • Works with partners and content owners to understand content performance and customer journeys to support optimization efforts, including SEO
    • Develops robust strategy to localize online content in a scalable fashion to drive sales in hundreds of retail locations


    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing in a retail or multi-unit franchise industry  
    • Experience managing owned and unowned digital assets for a multi-unit national organization, preferably in the retail, franchise or agency space
    • Experience leading product integrations and robust implementations in the digital space, with the support of IT and external vendor resources
    • Intermediate understanding of the principles of SEO with experience implementing techniques to improve rankings of multi-locations across many markets
    • Extensive experience using digital analytical tools and interpreting data to develop actionable performance improvement plans
    • Experience with UX and interactive design principles
    • Highly self-motivated and results oriented individual
    • Able to develop strong working relationships across functional areas and with key internal and external stakeholders
    • Experienced with HTML, CSS, and a variety of industry standard CMS platforms with natural ability to easily learn and adapt to new systems
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
    • Experience working with creative agencies, developers, and other external vendors in the digital marketing space
    • This position does not require relocation to Minneapolis, but willingness to travel up to 20%



    • B.A. or B.S. Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related Degree

    Physical Requirements / Working conditions:


    Position is based in a normal office environment with standard noise, white noise, and temperatures. Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
