The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will manage all aspects of the company’s owned and unowned digital assets. This includes product ownership and administration of the corporate website(s) and online managed listings. The manager will support the organization’s on-going customer experience journey transformation by leading the transformation of the digital space to deliver a true omni-channel, customer centric experience. This role will also provide strategic recommendations for social media assets and will lead the organization’s SEO, SEM, and paid digital media efforts. The Manager will maintain a roadmap for future enhancements, make continuous recommendations, and lead strategic implementations to improve customer’s online experience both on and off owned products. The Manager will be responsible for driving conversions and other key performance metrics in the digital space and conducting ongoing analysis and other A/B testing to test proofs of concept.
