The District Manager is responsible for repair centers in meeting financial objectives, insurer compliance, scorecard metric performance, team member satisfaction, and customer satisfaction goals for the assigned market.
•Spend seventy-five percent of business hours working in the repair centers training, auditing, and coaching team members.
•Perform regular DRP compliance audits reviewing APU, repair vs. replace, proper uploading, and other required administrative fields.
•Conduct regular vehicle repair inspections at assigned ABRA Repair Centers.
•Oversee the financial, metric, team member satisfaction, and customer service performance of all repair centers in the market.
•To assist in the training of repair center personnel in the ABRA Auto Body & Glass standard operating procedures.
•Oversee appropriate staffing of all repair facilities in the market to include recruiting and hiring per ABRA guidelines and team member discipline or termination if needed.
•Accountable for sales and marketing initiatives including insurer and dealer marketing.
•Facilitate monthly market meetings to discuss market related and organizational issues.
•Liaison between Central Services personnel and General Managers for internal communication of policies, procedures and projects.
•Provide written communication on a regular basis with Sr. Vice President of Operations to ensure alignment of market goals.
•Communicate effectively with other members of the Executive Management Team, Market VP's and Central Services personnel.
•Assist with QAM accountability and communicate needs and opportunities to Vice President of Process Development.
•All other duties as assigned*Due to the fact that repair centers and other departments operate at different sales and staffing levels, employees may be responsible to perform other miscellaneous duties as instructed by their supervisor.
•Process Flow Certified
•DRP compliance certified
•Complete and pass all administrative position assessments
•The ability to motivate individuals with varying personalities
•Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
•Previous team facilitation and participation
•Leadership and public speaking
•Ability to use a variety of PC software and hardware
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Ability to understand and interpret basic financial concepts, including but not limited to profit and loss statements, cash flow, accrual and accounting concepts
•Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus
•Previous leadership position and 5+ years of experience in the auto dealership, auto repair or glass replacement industries
• Because a substantial component of this position is driving a vehicle, the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is essential to this job.
