    Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Representative – Glass position will provide excellent customer service to ABRA Auto Glass customers leading to the successful sale or processing insurance claim assignments of glass repair or replacement over the phone.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Superior customer service and communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • 1+ years of inbound call center experience preferred
    • Skilled in handling large volume of information and ability to multi-task
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office
    Hours: 10:00 – 6:30 M-F + every 3rd Saturday
    Hourly Rate: $15.00 Non-Exempt
